Majete Wildlife Reserve is located 65km south-east of Blantyre. Since 2003, over 2529 animals have been reintroduced including lions, leopards, elephant, black rhino and many more species. As a visitor of Majete you can explore this beautiful park in your own vehicle, or by guided bushwalks or game drives. For the more adventurous visitors, hikes and boat trips are organised on and around the shire river.
